In addition to our cars, we also rent out a holiday villa in Famara. This lovely detached bungalow is conveniently located in a quiet residential area set back just 200m from the beach at Famara, one of the islands most popular resorts for water sports. The views are simply stunning with mountains to the rear and panoramic sea and coastal views to the front of the villa. There is a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops within the immediate area. Just 2 minutes driving to the small villahe of Caleta de Famara you will find a selection of restaurants serving local caught fish and spanish and also international cousine. The location is great for walking and cycling and it is a 10 minutes drive to the historic town of Teguise, the old capital. The villa is also only minutes drive away from a favourite hang gliding take off spot in Lanzarote.

The accommodation is accessed via double patio doors that face the sea. Inside, there is a lounge dining room with separate kitchen off having modern appliances including washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven and electric / gas hob. A small passageway from the living room leads to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which have build-in wardrobes and bedside tables with lights. Entertainment is provided in the living room by way of a Satellite TV and DVD player. The property is comfortably furnished throughout.

Patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a partially covered terrace. Extensive sun terraces and ornamental gardens surround a 7m x 3.5m swimming pool which has roman steps to give easy access. Patio furniture and a brick built BBQ are provided to enjoy 'Al Fresco' dining. There are plenty of sun beds to soak up the sun. This is an ideal location for enjoying water sports including surfing, kite-surfing and wind-surfing. Schools and instruction are available for both surfing and kite surfing locally.
